Ninth Annual Union Job and Resource Fair Booth Registration: June 12, 2025

This year’s event will be held indoors. We will have reserved parking available for both attendees and vendors. We will also have space available for potential hires to fill out applications and for employers to conduct interviews on site. Space is available on a first come, first served basis.

• Cost of booth space is $85 per participating Company/Organization.
• We will provide an 8’ X 30” table, 2 chairs and light meal for vendors. We ask that you bring your own tent, tablecloth, and extension cord if needed.

Agreements:

• Company/Organization will set up between 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. on the day of the Job Fair (June 12).
• At least one Company/Organization representative will be at the Job Fair from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. on June 12 and willing to converse face-to-face with Job Fair attendees and take applications and/or resumes.
• Your Company/Organization is willing to make reasonable efforts to provide follow-up information to the ESFL regarding number of successful recruits and hires.
