Copaganda Clapback Media Justice Workshop

UPDATE: Our Copaganda Clapback Media Justice Workshop has been updated to address the ongoing Palestinian genocide.

This training will focus on the role of media manipulation in coverage of Palestine. Our friends at Line Break Media will guide participants in mapping out the sources and consequences of mis/disinformation. In examining these false narratives, attendees will work together to identify and build knowledge around trustworthy local sources of information.

The workshop will look at a case study on political and corporate interests in San Francisco, as a lens into current reporting on Palestine. 

We invite community members, organizers, journalists, and media makers to join us for this critical discussion. Copaganda Clapback is intended to be a space for political education and community building. 

This event takes place in-person at the East Side Freedom Library. We ask attendees to mask up for the safety of all community members. Masks will be available on site.
